Fairfield Preparatory School Open Day in Loughborough

Leicestershire families with children aged three and under are invited to visit the brand new Kindergarten at Fairfield Preparatory School in Loughborough on Tuesday 10th May from 10-11am.

The Kindergarten unit, which opened on 11th January 2016, is situated within phase one of Fairfield’s new £8m school building. Two classrooms and additional outdoor areas encourage free-flow learning, and children also have access to an interactive room and the Fairfield Forest School, with sessions led by a qualified Forest School Leader.

Open Morning gives families the opportunity to meet staff and have a tour of the facility. Full and part-time places are available for children from the day after their third birthday.

Kindergarten Manager, Rita Willingham, said: “Kindergarten really gives younger children a head start. It’s so much more than just a nursery or day-care option; it prepares them for later successes, whether that is at Fairfield Preparatory School when they turn four years old, or elsewhere.

“Here, children have the opportunity to experience lots of different activities at a very young age. Whether that is taking part in a yoga lesson, or learning the basics in a variety of modern foreign languages, it really is unlike any other Pre-Prep environment.”
