On Saturday, 3rd November, at Leicester Racecourse in Oadby, Rainbows will once again be holding its incredibly popular Festival of Fireworks. This year Rainbows expects demand for the event to be even greater than the usual 10,000 visitors as they’re putting on an even bigger fireworks display.
