Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients (Serves 8):

1 small pineapple
1 x 312g can lychees, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 x 411g can guavas, drained and sliced
2 passion fruit
250ml ginger ale

Tropical Fruit Salad

Method:

Cut the pineapple in half lengthways, remove the flesh and cut into pieces, discarding the centre core. Place in a bowl with the lychees, bananas and guavas. Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the flesh and mix with the other fruits. Pour over the ginger ale and chill. Serve with cream
