Chorizo and Pear Salad with Total Tzatziki

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients (Serves 6):
50g streaky bacon
50g Chorizo sausage
50ml Greek olive oil
2 slices white bread, diced
1 packet mixed Continental salad leaves
200g Total Tzatziki
1 Conference pear, diced
Sunflower or pumpkin seeds

Chorizo and Pear Salad with Total Tzatziki
Method:

1. Cook the streaky bacon and Chorizo in olive oil until crisp. Keep warm

2. Fry the diced bread in the same oil until golden brown

3. Place the salad leaves into a serving dish and toss the
sausage, bacon, bread and pear over

4. Finish with spoonfuls of Total Tzatziki and sprinkle with sunflower seeds

CHEF’S TIP: If unable to buy Total Tzatziki from your local Sainsburys, use the following recipe: Take 200g of Total Greek Yoghurt, cucumber finely diced, 2 sprigs of shredded mint, 1 clove crushed garlic. Mix all together and chill
