Two pupils from Loughborough high School have been named winners at a national science and engineering competition, after designing a phone case and app capable of providing some protection to people in dangerous situations.
School artwork has inspired a logo for Battle of the Somme centenary events.
The logo, which will feature on all ‘Soar to Somme’ events across 2016, is based on a number of designs by pupils at Maplewell Hall School, in Woodhouse Eaves.
